DeCreea was born from some of the darkest seasons of my life.
For years, I wrestled with questions that seemed to have no answers.
Why did the people I love die?
Why was there so much pain?
Why did I feel so unworthy of love?
Beneath those questions was an even deeper struggle:
Who am I?
I carried grief, self-doubt, and an overwhelming sense that I would never be enough. I wondered how Jesus Christ could possibly love someone like me.
A place to be honest

As a teenager, one of the few things that helped me cope was writing. I filled notebooks with prayers, wants, questions, fears, hopes, tears, and unfinished thoughts. When I felt like I had nowhere else to turn, I turned to ink and paper.
Page after page became a conversation.

A place to wrestle.
A place to heal.

seeing differently
Over time, God led me to a community of believers who loved Jesus deeply and helped me see myself through His eyes. Through scripture, prayer, and countless journal entries, I began to see myself differently.
How He Saw Me
Jesus was not looking at my failures, my wounds, or my circumstances.
He saw who He created me to be.
When I could not see purpose, He saw destiny.
When I saw brokenness, He saw restoration.
When I saw lack, He saw abundance.
When I saw myself as unworthy, He called me beloved.
What DeCreea Is
I began writing not only what I saw, but what God said.
The words I wrote began to change. My pages and my life became filled not only with questions, but with promises, declarations, gratitude, and faith.
DeCreea was created from that journey. It is more than a notebook. It is an invitation to slow down, pray, listen, reflect, think, dream, and record what Jesus is speaking into your life. A place where revelation becomes reality, where hope is captured on paper, and where faith finds expression through written words.
My prayer is simple: that every notebook becomes a place where someone discovers, perhaps for the first time, how deeply they are loved by Jesus. And perhaps the words you write today will help you see yourself the way He always has.
