All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days from the date the order is placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays observed in the United States.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone using the contact details you provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates, estimated delivery windows, and any applicable restrictions will be displayed at checkout. DeCreea is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other fees imposed by the destination country on international orders. Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. DeCreea is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to re-ship the order.

We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before the order is dispatched; however, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered fulfillment.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Shipments
DeCreea is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at lphillip76@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damaged item and packaging, so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
For lost or stolen shipments, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will provide reasonable assistance with carrier claims where possible. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim process is complete.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused at delivery, marked as undeliverable, or returned to us due to an unclaimed delivery, the customer is responsible for the original shipping costs and any return shipping costs incurred. Any refund issued for a refused or undeliverable package will exclude these shipping charges.
